Actually.. I was in a meeting with the boss, fortunately the boss didn’t call me into her office for a meeting! In my dream my boss and I were at some sort of meeting, or conference, and it was rather boring. I was asking her if it would be okay if I brought my knitting and knitted during the meeting. She didn’t care (she wouldn’t in real life either) but she pointed to the assistant director and kinda implied I should ask her. I didn’t want to though!

I also remember walking around a school like campus looking for this work meeting… I’m not sure if that was before or after the above portion of the dream. I needed travel insurance also, for getting around the campus. I was watching my phone or something, texting maybe, and ended up following an asian woman in the wrong direction. But I caught myself and went the right way again.

It was a short dream, as my dreams go. But I do remember it!

Hrm… I had my nails done last night, in real life… and the lady who did them sells clothing too. Very nice clothes though I forgot the brand. I hope I can buy some from her.

So last night I had a shopping dream. I dreamed I went to the mall and went shopping… though I think maybe it started from dog camp again? Not sure… it kinda was a dorm like room with clothes around. And I loved this little red outfit that was kinda a nighty, but kinda something I could wear out too? It was a short red skirt, a red blouse, and a white undertop. It looked really cute. I kept wondering if it was age appropriate for me, though. I’m 41 and it really seemed like it should have been worn by a 20 year old.

But I bought it anyway.. and I had a ton of stuff littered around the table I was using. I had to get my dolly out of the van and pack the stuff in boxes and it kept falling all over the place and crumbling. And then I found a used pad (yeah for like periods) and I wondered if the girl who was helping me had changed my underwear for me and I didn’t know? Ewww that was really weird.

The lady helping me was super nice, even though she wasn’t supposed to help me, her job was something else. I thought she was cute too, maybe she was a South Carolina injury lawyer instead of a saleswoman. But she convinced me that the red outfit was fine with someone my age and I could go out and wear it!

Toward the end I had my junk boxed up and on the dolly and I had the clothes packages in a little plastic container, and I didn’t think I could afford it but I’d try anyway… and everyone had left the store except me, being a clutz, but I woke up before I actually bought the clothes.

Ooo weird. I had a few dreams last night, I only really remember the most recent one. I was going on a cruise (I am in real life in October). And my and the man I was with (I don’t know him in real life) had three dogs with us and a lot of luggage. We were staying in a hotel for the first night before we went on the cruise, and the next day we had to be at the ship in time with all our luggage packed up and ready to go.

The dogs we had were with were two of mine, Chase and Levi, and one of his, a Dachshund, I think it was Keno, my flyball captain’s Dachshund. And I kept carrying her.. and she liked to swim, she swam through a pool… at one point in the dream.

So when it was time to get on the ship we were looking for the boat and the dock, and suddenly we realized we were really late. We found the dock and realized we had to run back to our room to get all our luggage. But then we couldn’t find our room! It was room 219 and we couldn’t find it. We asked a hotel guy and he couldn’t find it either, he had to call the desk and ask what had happened to our room. lol. And there were these weird elevators that practically threw people around. I’ve had dreams of strange scary elevators in the past, too.

Eventually the hotel guy found our room and we just saw our luggage and clothes in the hotel hallway waiting for us. But the hotel guy said we still might be too late. So then this evil vampire guy that we knew from home walked by… we were surprised to see him, he was all in black and his face was black, like Darth Mal but black, and I asked him if he would help us get our room on the ship. As they were going to assign it to someone else since we were so late.

He agreed, but only if he could sleep with me… but not really me, an asian woman who would take on the persona of me. And I said yes, and it was creepy watching him, in my dream, as he convinced this woman to take on my features and sleep with him a couple of times while he was on the ship, too.

I woke up before I knew if we made it onto the ship or not, or if there was an air purifier in the room like I’d requested. But it was a long detailed dream for sure.

Another dream I had earlier I only remember bits and pieces of. I was at dog camp again, and my ex wanted to meet me and make up with me, and begged my forgiveness. I’ve been reading the Twilight series of books and I think this is where this, and the vampire, came from. I wanted to see what he had to say so I met a woman and she offered to drive me to the university campus, where he was. But we got lost and didn’t know where the building was, and so I had to call him but he didn’t really know where we were either.

I think there was more to that dream but now I don’t remember much. It happened earlier in the night.

Last night I had a couple of dreams… one was about shoes. I couldn’t find my shoes, or they were mired in some sort of mud or something. Maybe because Tatum (my smooth collie) likes to pull the lining out of my slippers. She is goofy that way.

DANG dreams are elusive. Why are they so elusive? It bugs me, because the memory has faded quite a bit now. I remember a room with long tables, like a school room, from when I was in high school. And getting stuck. OH and I remember I dreamed that I’d slept with my rigid contacts in. And when I woke up (in my dream) my eyes were all sticky and I could hardly open them, and it was hard to get my contacts out.

I also dreamed about my ex again, but now I don’t remember much about that dream. Fortunately.

I like to dream, but writing about them causes me anxiety still. Not sure why. I’m just odd that way. Maybe I should have a glass of wine.. but then maybe I’d need alcohol rehab if I drank too much. Though a drug treatment center might come in handy if I got carried away… which I don’t plan on doing!

I’m hungry, time for dinner for me and the dogs.

I swear I dreamed a lot last night. Every time I was waking up, I was coming out of a different dream. I only really remember one, though. I have put a pad of paper by my bed, and I need a pen to join it, so I can write dreams down as I wake up.

I dreamed that my husband and I were driving to a park.. and it was night, maybe 1am or so. The car we were in was tiny, and kinda made of a plastic mesh so wasn’t very secure. We had four dogs with us, one of them was Hudson, one of the collies we got from Houston last year in September. And my husband let him out, and the others, and I got so mad and paniced because I was afraid he would not come back.

Our other dogs came back just fine… oh, and there was a flying fish crossing the road! LOL I remember it, moving along like a snake, and my husband wanted to go see it so we backed up and parked and saw it in the stream on the right side of the road. Strange stuff. He wanted to catch it for dinner and I said no way, keep the poor thing alive!

LOL strange dreams. Maybe I’ll dream of a new car, as I want one.. a minivan. And I can get an auto insurance quote online to see how much I’d need to pay for it! But I’m not sure I can afford a payment right now. Bleh.

I’ve been in Idaho Falls without a power cable for my laptop and so haven’t been able to get online until now. And, of course, I did have some dreams that were quite interesting. One was that I was living in my old house and someone let all six of my dogs out. And Angel and Tatum were frightened and weren’t coming back, so a kid on a bike herded them toward the house. And this was like 2am… the dream was set at about that time.

I had another long story dream but now I can’t remember it much… I’m tired today, so maybe it’ll come back to me tomorrow. Now I’m watching my HTDV and if I had a flat panel mount I could stick it on the wall, but alas, I don’t, and so I have to go to bed without a TV in my bedroom and just go to sleep. Which would be better anyway!

Last night I dreamed that we were setting up crates in some sort of store, like a petsmart or something. And it was kinda for dog adoptions, but kinda not, because we had our own dogs with us and they were going to be crated in the store.

It was for Christmas. And we were installing these crates permanently in the concrete of the store’s floor. We were going to attach the crates to the concrete and we had a whole setup and it was taking us some time to do. The store didn’t sell any acne cures, but maybe for Christmas it could have!

The crates didn’t quite fit, and I was asking who was in charge so as to organize it all. And I guess no one was in charge… but another girl and I said that someone had to be in charge because humans responded better that way. So then there was a big fight about who would be in charge.

Too weird of a dream! I can remember it pretty vividly now, too. And also going to a lunch with Levi being near me in the outdoor restaurant. Heh. Vivid dreams are pretty interesting things!

I think I had a dream a day or two ago about being really small.. and trying to escape something. It was almost as though I was a rat. Though a cute rat… not a dirty icky rat. And I do like rats. I like mice, too.

But I haven’t been blogging the last bit because I was in an auto accident Friday morning. I’m okay, fortunately. Not sure how well my car is going to do. But hopefully it will be okay and I won’t have to get a new one. I guess I should check life insurance rates because I’ve had really crappy luck when it comes to driving the last few years!

Driving freaks me out now, again. Bah. And I’d just gotten over my last rollover fears. So now I get to try to get over some more driving fears. Joy… not.

Kinda a funny little dream.. this is from a couple of days ago. I don’t remember my dream last night.. I think I had one though. Oh… it’s on the edge of my memory, too. Maybe it’ll come later.

Anyway in this dream I was going to my chiropractor and he was asking me what medication I’m on. I’m on anti-anxiety meds, and he wanted me to start getting them through his prescription, not my regular prescription. He would charge me about three times as much, though… but he said he wanted to start weaning me off them so he had to be in control of the prescription.

I told him that if he was going to insist on that, then I was not going to be able to see him anymore. I didn’t want to pay so much for the meds! LOL. Interesting…

Another dream about buying and selling a house. I dream about this a lot. I dreamed that I was going to buy a house way out west… and my sister and I were looking at a map and she had just bought a house out west, and we were looking at one that I was interested in.

The price was about $137,000 which is a pretty cheap house anymore. There wasn’t any CAT6 wired through the house, though, but an integrated network would be nice!

Strange dream. I always feel nervous in my house buying and selling dreams. I do NOT want to have to sell my house any time soon. I like it here. Though eventually I do want to move, but that won’t be for five or eight years.
